About Whyalla Art Group

The Whyalla Art Group formed in 1950 by a group of individuals interested in sharing their art and working together to expand the arts within the Whyalla community. It has been in its current location since 1976.

The group continues to pursue a similar goal and has developed a variety of workshops and exhibitions that members, the general public and visitors can experience.

​

The Darling Terrace Gallery is owned by the group and run by volunteers. It is a not for profit organisation, striving to indulge and share art appreciation and practice.

​

Artists generally gather to work in the gallery on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

​

As a working gallery, visitors are always welcome.
